Questions and answers not showing in my auction listing which has bids

Unfortunately I have wrongly described the teapot.  Since there are now bidders, I can only change information through the question and answer system, or so I thought.  A customer has communicated with me and I have answered, I ticked the box to allow them to show, but I don't see anything.  What do I do now?

Cancel all bids and end listing, due to error in listing.

Then correct the error and relist
