My click and collect eBay order was refused by REMOVED store because I was unable to produce the PayPal confirmation email with PayPal transaction ID (which I did not receive from PayPal) even though I've an eBay email confirmation that the item is ready for collection.
Important: Please bring the following with you
1. This order confirmation email. Only the person whose name appears on this email, or the person nominated in advance can pick up this order in store.
2. A current Australian Driver's Licence, current Passport or photo identification.
3. Your PayPal confirmation email with the PayPal transaction ID included or if you paid with a credit card bring a copy of the "Ready for Collection" email sent to you from ebay.
This is the first time I ordered from eBay REMOVED and it has been a frustrating experience. I never had such issue from other eBay stores. I would appreciate anyone who had similar experience with Good Guys share what I should do other than cancelling the order since I need the item urgently. Thanks heaps.
eBay and PayPal are un-reachable via phone despite a voice mail saying that they are COMMITTED to be reachable!!
