I recently started a return case about a pair of sneakers where the Nike tongue label was defective on both shoes, and the laces were detached from the shoe on arrival. they have now told me that they are putting the case on hold until the 12th so they can see the items condition and inspect it, but i don't even have a shipping code or way to send it to them, nor has the item been sent back. what do i do?

Maybe they were broken during the authentication process, and not by the seller.
Surely they would be removed before wearing anyway?
If you're not being clear here in the forums, then Ebay CS reps don't stand a chance of understanding what the issues are.
