I hope I can get some help.
I have purchased an item and received however it was a faulty item and I’ve followed the eBay return process. Got a return label and posted the item within the return period.
The seller wasn’t there at delivery attempt and it has been sitting at a post office for a week.
I have contacted the seller but all they say is to remove my negative feedback.
As the seller has not received the return item, there are no option to ask eBay to step in and I don’t know what else I can do to get the refund.
Would anyone be able to help me?

Don't remove the neg, use the link below and scroll to the bottom for the "contact us" button during working hours, ask to speak to a supervisor.

Did you upload the tracking number to the case?

Do not remove the neg, that is feedback extortion
The seller needs to be reported
The seller not wanting to pick the item up from the post office is their choice
As Padi said, get on to a supervisor

Don't remove the negative, and also report the seller for feedback extortion, Ebay looks dimly on that, and will most likely settle just based on that.
But I would ask, why did you leave the neg before settling the return, wouldnt it be better to get your money back, than hit them with a neg to reflect the overall transaction.

Thanks all for the advice, much appreciate for that!
eBay noticed this post and has taken action straight away, I have received the full refund without the seller collected the item from the post office.
I’ll report the seller as they still send me a message to ask removing the reg feedback without taking any action towards to refund.
Thanks again.

I'm glad that it worked out, but please also stop supporting these sellers, next time check their feedback first, the one you left the negative for was already down in the gutter, stop supporting bad sellers and you wont have trouble.
