Please let other members here know why you think you have been scammed?

Yes, you are a new seller and your funds will be held for thirty days, as with all new sellers, as you agreed to when listing your item(s) given you last sold some time ago

I'm guessing waiting until the neg you got as a seller 'dropped off' so you went back to 100%

However, If you did not fully complete sign up to Managed Payments , were verified and given the go ahead to start selling, you will not be paid at all for any items

It is not up to your buyer when you get paid (as per the feedback you left them)

especially when such feedback goes back more than a year ago

Glad to hear you won't be selling again

Now, have you really been ripped off/scammed, or for some reason do you think the the bit where you ticked 'you had read/understood' did'nt or should'nt apply to you?

Ebay is not the lazy one here.....

It is up to seller to stay up to date with any changes and to be compliant with them.

Ebay moved to Managed Payments 3 years ago. There is no more Paypal for sellers. You will need to sign up with photo ID such as a drivers licence or passport and you will need a verified bank account in which to receive nett funds.

Also, as mentioned, you will have to wait around 30 days after the sale to get your money, which is applied to all new and infrequent sellers. If you sell more regularly, then that requirement will fall away and you can get your money whenever you want.

If you haven't signed up or don't have the required documentation, then you will never get your funds. It's pretty black and white - if you take the time and trouble to read the sellers guide.

Oh  ebay, why have you singled out  Lio, for special treatment.

It is obvious they are above any mere ebay policies, as clearly shown

by including their contact number in the sold listing, not once but twice.

Lio, I think ebay will be only to happy to see the back of you.  They may even lock the door behind you.

Based on the feedback you are leaving,  I reckon all decent sellers will be 100% glad you are leaving, its sellers like you who give Ebay a bad name.
