SECOND CHANCE OFFER - list for free

Hi quick and probalby stupid question.

I have an ebay offer to list 10 items for free ( no FVF)

Does anyone know if I send a 2nd chance offer within the time frame before the offer expires, if this counts?

Teh information just says it that it applies to "Auction-style or Fixed Price format, but does not apply to listings in Classified Ad format.

I'm thinking it might be safer to message the 2nd highest bidder and let them know i've listed as a BIN for the same amount as a 2nd chance offer would have been?

Any advice appreciated.

Doe it say that it has to be for 'new' listings?

I'd say "no", it'd only apply to listings created after you've taken up the offer.
