The seller have provided ebay with a tracking number to an address in Hong Kong and the order is now marked as delivery. I live in Australia. Estimated delivery for the order is between Tue, 7 Jan and Tue, 14 Jan.

How do I go about disputing my order to get a refund.

Seller also sent me this message.

"Hello: Thank you for your purchase. Your product has been shipped from the warehouse. Due to strict brand testing policies overseas, we will send it to our Hong Kong headquarters. You can check the logistics trajectory. The product will be shipped from Hong Kong to your city, and we will send you a new logistics tracking number at that time. It will eventually arrive at your address. Wishing everything all the best, it's a pleasure to trade with you. Good luck."

I don't see a scam there, there's nothing you can do until the final ETA has passed.

So, you were told it was being sent to Hong Kong first

Then you have been given a tracking number proving it has indeed been sent to, and arrived in Hong Kong, as you were told it would be

You are yet to be given the tracking number from Hong Kong to your address in Australia

And the estimated delivery date for it to arrive to you is up to more than 2 weeks away

So, can you tell us why you say it is a scam?

You do not have any grounds for a refund yet, what the seller has told you so far has happened

What are you goi g to try to dispute?

What was the item?  What is the seller’s feedback like

What makes you think the item is not going to arrive with you by Jan 14th?
