Seller not responding and purchase history

Recently purchased an item and the wrong model was delivered. I purchased it while not logged in to my account so doesn't show in purchase history which means when I try to report it thru policies it wants me to choose an item but it isn't there. Read the policy on buying items when not logged in and it loops me back to purchase history. Sent messages to the seller who hasn't responded. Tried ebay chat and over 3 hours had 4 different operators who were no help - one for 2.5 hours who thenjust dropped off and was replaced. Any suggestions on how I can get thru to ebay by any other means.

I am not sure how you going about opening an item not as described dispute if you purchased 'as a guest'  but did you get an email confirmation when you bougt  the item, and if so, is there anything / a button on that that opens the item listing you can go from ?

 

 

How long ago did you message the seller?

 

Are they registered here or overseas?

Seller not responding and purchase history

Confirmation email only has tracking and seller. Messaged seller twice with no reply, first time 10 days ago. Seller detail indicates is in Melbourne. Tried to report elder to Ebay but because it wants me to choose item from purchase history but its not showing. Tried to sort it out via chat but they were no help.
