Hi Guys,
I can t believe whats been happening to me know but its real.I Sent $1700 75nch Qled tv to a buyer.Tv has late 1 day and he opened not received item dispute.Buyer said he doesnt want the item anymore and when the courier comes he has rejected the item..and he called Ebay and said he has rejected the item.Ebay closed the dispute on his favor without asking anything. And next day he as called the courier in the morning and told them he wants the item. And item has delivered with valid tracking info with signature with item picture..Showing address and location clearly as well..I have appealed the case..I received an e mail congrats my appeal has been granted. And next day I have a message we have kept the original decision of this case reason of tracking shows item successfully delivered back to me.I was shocked..Since then I was asking where is this tracking because there is only one tracking and its the tracking into the couriers website.I even got an e mail from the courier saying item has delivered and not returned.I called Ebay 20 times and they are saying oh that was a mistake and our high value item team will get back to me which no one got back to me..I believe there are so many scammer buyers and there is someone inside of Ebay helping them..I talked to lawyers and ombudsman and I am going to take this further,,IS anyone has this kind of issue before..Thats against Ebay policy , thats against Consumer laws..How can you give my money to someone like that and not doing anything about it.Oh also recently someone opened bank institution dispute because they don't receive their item..I also provided legit tracking info ..And case closed in his favor.Called Ebay and they checked the tracking and they said yes item has delivered but we can't appeal this ? Because its bank nothing to do with us..I said give me which bank so I can talk with them. And I am dealing with Ebay paying fees to Ebay you need to do that. Its another $1000 item has gone.Ebay not doing anything about it.I think its time to say goodbye to Ebay after 17 years and look for another platforms.Lost $2700 in a week like that its beyond joke.

I would contact the buyer and advise them that unless they pay you within a reasonable specified time, you will have no choice but to involve the police as they they can't keep both the TV and the money.
Wait for the countess, she's a whiz with words.

Really, do you really believe this.
I would be looking at your feedback before you start accusing Ebay. You seem to have a lot of bad luck with buyers

OP, rather than my copy-pasting from a previous reply of mine to another seller (similar situation), Iโll just link to that post:
Note that the cybercrime link to make a report has changed since I posted it in the above thread. The correct link now is https://www.cyber.gov.au/report-and-recover/report
I hope that helps.
