I've never posted here so hopefully am in the right place. It's been a while since I've had issues with purchases so I don't recall what Ebay can and can't help with and how to even request help.
My first issue is buying a couple of items advertised as "perfect" and "brand new" that were not. Can ebay help in this case? How? If they did would my only option be a return or could they help me work out a partial refund?
Also, is there a way to report a seller who's reply to my feedback is false? Such as pretending they don't know what I'm talking about or that I'm lying?
Ok 2nd issue, how do I handle a seller not paying enough for shipping? I've had to pay $10 recently to receive a parcel. If the seller doesn't respond, what's my next step?
3rd.. in a recent purchase the seller messaged a couple of times for the next 2 days after sale saying they haven't received my money and they won't ship it until they receive my monies. That sounds pretty logical of course, but I've never had this happen to me. As a buyer only I've never even thought about how long it takes for sellers to get paid! I always pay immediately and just assumed sellers could see that. I've explained to seller that ive paid already and that's about all I can do. So my question is.. how long does it take for a seller to get their money? It has only been 3 days now, but the situation is stressing me out.
