I have recently found a member on eBay drop shipping my items that are listed on another marketplace at a loss (30% loss).
I found this out as I received communication from someone who purchased from them, at the end we found out they didn't purchase directly from me, but from this eBay seller. The customer sent me the listing and its more then $100 less than what I have it listed on another platform.
What I dont understand is, they are buying my product at full price when someone makes a purchase from his eBay listing, and he is losing hundreds of dollars when he then purchases from me and enters his customers details.
What's the go here? Is something dodgey going on here?

I have had the opposite where I have sent items to another sellers customers and left out any invoices mentioning the price paid.

Somebody is dropshipping your items at less than cost.
They are mugs or have found an expensive way to phish.
Fraud? I'm not sure how you would work that. The buyer buys, the seller buys from you, the buyer gets their item. How is that fraud?
If you want advice, you should holster the hyperbole. Or at least apprise yourself of what things mean. Like fraud.

Well, I'm not complaining, I still make the sale. But the first thing that came to mind is he's using stolen credit cards to purchase from me on the other marketplace, then pocketing the paypal funds from his eBay sales.
I'm selling it to him for $600, he's selling it for $400, it makes no economical sense.
Well I guess I'll find out sooner or later, the listing has only been up for a few days.
