Trouble getting paid

Hi I've sold an item the buyer has recipient it and has left feedback but Ebay have my payment on hold

In order to receive your payment, you need to be registered to sell and signed up for managed payments

Casey has explained exactly the reason for this

And it applies no matter how much a seller has sold years ago
