I just wonder if its just happened to my account or eBay removed the Online chat support for All Australian users. The WORST idea is to cut online chat support, if they need to fire someone it should be their phone service center who knows nothing, un-fckn believable

I highly doubt you're being discriminated against. Seriously? If you are only getting a phone number rather than the chat that every single other member in the world gets, during Filipino business hours, then try the IRS app on your phone to talk to an operator. As a deaf person, I'm sure you'd have that app on your phone.
