HELP ! Final Value Credit Issue !

Buyer did not pay for item. Reported etc etc. I was aware I had to close the case to get a FVC but I then went away for 10 days (not thinking) and EBAY closed the case automatic. This item has now been wiped from the system. We are owed this credit.....
