That would depend on the gist of the email.

Have you done something wrong?

A significant amount of detail would be required before other members (the only people who read the boards) could offer any hint of a suggestion.

eBay won't let you know on the boards (they don't read them) and you would have to contact somebody at the eBay 'call centre' with a few braincells. Good luck with that.

Handy hint - underneath the title part of a message is a body part, which allows you to post something relevant to your question.

Is it about your funds being on old as in infrequent seller?

Is it about an item you listed?

Is it really from eBay and not a scammer pretending to be eBay?
