can an xbox 360 be sold with games pre installed on its internal hdd

hi,is it possible for me to sell an xbox 360 with games i've downloaded to it's internal hdd still in there without sharing my microsoft account with the buyer?oh,and same for ps4??

I don't know but I would be more concerned that there could be information such as your IP address and probably the Microsoft details etc on the hard drives.

Be cautious about pre-installed games on an Xbox.

If you've purchased them (legitimately) and installed them on the Xbox, then once you sell the item, you will no longer have any right to those games. So you would need to be absolutely sure you haven't downloaded the games to another device.

It comes under eBay's Replicas, counterfeit items and unauthorised copies policy, and eBay's Digitally delivered goods policy, etc.
