can someone tell me who sent me an email stating a delivery had been made to my address yesterday

I need to speak to whoever sent me a confirmation email stating a delivery had been made to my address yesterday 20/8/19 was home all day and this just didn't happen did receive two deliveries but the one concerned wasn't one of them how can i trace the movements of this package to find out where it is don't want my money back just want the delivery and an explanation

Nobody here would send you an email about a delivery.   The boards are run by volunteer members.....ebay neither reads here or responds.

Surely you know who sent the email.....maybe Australia Post?

Have you checked the tracking on the parcel....it must have tracking if you have received an email about it.
