We are not eBay here, just buyers and sellers like yourself. Send a message of apology to the Seller and ask them to send you a request to change feedback, when you agree then you can change it.

It's up to the seller to send you a feedback revision request. BUT if you have a dispute going through with eBay for the damaged item, I would not revise it until the seller has satisfactorily fixed the problem with a refund. (Don't go for a replacement - you'll probably never see it)

DO NOT close any dispute until you've got the refund - you can't reopen them - and Chinese sellers are renowned for giving worthless promises to get you to do what THEY want you to.
