No, and any answer you get will be bot-generated.
You can either try Live Chat, or ask your question here. There is a lot more knowledge on the boards than there is in eBay call centre personnel.

They removed the Email option last year as it was an easy way to contact them and eBay don't do easy.
They removed the phone call option and blamed Covid yet lots of people now work from home so another one for them to save money on with less staff?
eBay do believe in cost cutting so removing the Email option and putting the calls on hold both save them money.
The only option left seems to be Chat through their help page: https://www.ebay.com.au/help/home
The better option would be to post the reason why you need to contact them here so members can help you get a more accurate response.

Hardly worth it as email replies are from bots.
Better of to use Live Chat, which can be found via the help tab, make sure you select talk to agent, otherwise the replies will again be automated.

It is pointless. You will get a bot-generated response, if that.
If you want to contact eBay, live chat is the only viable option currently.
Alternatively, you could post your issue on the relevant board (buying or selling) and the members here could probably help. Members have vastly more knowledge than any eBay employee you're likely to contact.

Hi Dave.

Emailing ebay is an exercise in futility.....any answer that you might get will be bot generated and unlikely to answer your question.
The most effective way to contact ebay now is via Live Chat.....or you could post here and get answers from very experienced buyers and sellers who will probably give better answers than Live Chat.

I guess you didn't read the answers given to you 4 months ago.

G'day gp.
@ padi.
I suppose the OP didn't like the answer they got then and thought asking on a different board would generate a different answer. I hope it's not the same issue. They are way out of time for eBay to do anything.
