it was a situation where one didn't get what was in the advertised picture...i was looking at a slingshot and the pic had the two rubber bands and the handle and it turns out that only the two rubber bands were for sale and not the handle that goes with it so one didn't get what was in the picture...i read it a bit wrong and i do believe it was a bit of false advertising as the pic showed the bands and the handle but only the bands were for sale so not to worry we live and learn...cheers lonnie 699...

A payment of some description.
Either payment for a purchase or payment of selling fees.
As you don't appear to be a seller, maybe for one or both of your recent purchases. Unless you have subscribed to eBay Plus, but payments for that seem to go to eBay GMBH.

Naturally you opened an item not as described dispute and got your money back?
Not about the topic you posted originally though, where you said you did not know what the payment was about
You could have also left the sell neg feedback to warn others

It wasn't an INAD, the item was described properly as only being the rubber component.
The fault is yours for not reading and comprehending.
Are you aware that in most States slingshots are illegal? And that's why you could only buy the rubbers.
The laws surrounding slingshots vary depending on the state or territory you live in. You can legally purchase a slingshot in Queensland, the ACT and Tasmania, but not in NSW, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia or the Northern Territory.
