Sent to eBay community
I ordered a RosettaStone Arabic to English (I have the order number -that also gets an error message "we don't know this order") that does not work with Windows 10. I got an email from eBay tat says the seller has approved the return, print your mailing label but when I click that I get an error message
"We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again."
I have tried this several times.
When I go to "Contact eBay", this order does not even show up - so "contact the seller" directs me to a another purchase that IS listed.
I need to talk to someone but I don't know how.
Can anyone please help me?

Might be better to post on the forum for eBay USA, as that is where you are
Have you been trying to search when logged into eBay Australia or eBay US?
Is the seller in the same country ?
I don't know about in America, but here labels can only be 'sent' by seller to buyer when they are both in Australia

First of all, make sure you have your visa, and passport, and that you have remembered to pack all of your luggage.
