Jump on after 3yrs to buy an item - used the buy as guest feature.
some thing goes wrong, end up physically returning item.

cant accept seller refund offer because of guest account, ebay wants registered acc. login under account and stuck no record of purchase and no way to link it. refund offer window is closed.

You are not covered in any way if you simply do your own thing

You could have used the bought as a guest function for the return 

Posting abuse  is not going to achieve a thing 

You don't get to do your own thing, fail to follow the correct process and then expect eBay to cover you

Nor is eBay going to read your abuse

If you do not know what you are doing, the time to 'ask a member' (which is what you posted under) is before you do anything
