how can I block someone who is following me on ebay?

Does anyone know how to block another user from following me or seeing what im selling on ebay? In my case an angry stalking ex.

Blocking will only prevent messaging or bids/buying.

She can still see the change of name for the ID.

But if you start a new account, there is no link to the old.
