how do I change my last name on my ebay account now I'm married

I have tried to go into account details to change my last name , but the system wont let me. I got married recently, I need to up date my details

You don't really need to.

But if you feel compelled, select the account tab then personal info in the left margin.

Then to the right of Registered name n addy select edit.

Change the details and click the update button.

I am not sure if the rules have changed recently but it used to be that you had to contact ebay and produce proof of change of name (by marriage, deed poll etc)
