how to look up a persons user id feedback

How do I look up a persons user id and feeback associated with the user id can someone walk me through it step by step please?

Select advanced next to the search button.

In the left margin select either By seller or By bidder and enter the ID.

Or if you se a user ID then simply click on it but here in community you need to click on view listings first then the ID.
