If you hadn't received the item, you should have opened an Item Not Received case. A return case, by definition, means you received the item.

I have no idea how you can proceed now. Maybe chalk it up to experience.

When did you order the item?

Where is it coming from?

How do you know the item has not been shipped?

What type of "return case" did you open?

"possibly australia"...what does that mean?

Have you clicked on the seller's feedback to see where they are registered.

You only purchased two business days ago.

Not all sellers print shipping details thru eBay...so what is in your purchase history at this stage does not matter.

At this stage all you can do is wait for the sellers next move....what's their feedback like?

What is the Last Estimated Delivery Date?

If you don't hear from the seller all you can do is wait for the item to arrive & deal with it then.
