Yes, click on "help" at the top of the page, but don't bother with emails - you'll just get a bot-generated response.

You would probably find that the members here would be able to answer you question better than most of the CS reps though.......

Just keep in mind that the Call option is only available during business hours,

(8 am to 9 pm Mon to Fri and 8 am to 5 pm on Sat and Sun).

Unfortunately they removed the Email option as it was an effective way to report problems and give them any

documentation qucikly.
