Pick up items are usually paid for in cash when the buyer comes and picks up.
Explain you haven't received payment once you check PayPal and your bank if you offered DD, then that you prefer cash on pick up and when they would they like to pick it up.
If no response you open an unpaid item case and close it 4 days later to get your eBay fees back.

Negated to remove an item no longer for sale? Why would you consider somebody who bought from your eBay listing a con? Just because you don't know how eBay works, doesn't mean the, disappointed, buyer is a con-artist. It is more down to you continually listing a item you no longer have.
Regardless, if the 'con' has paid refund the money. And actually keep on top of your eBay listings. It's not a game.
You've been an infrequent member of eBay for 14 years. Surely in that time you've spent a second a day to work out how the place works.

The table ? It sold yesterday, if you swapped it for some wine already then you are likely to end up with a neg on your feedback. Why on earth would you be asking for proof of payment if it's already gone ??????

The only con I can see is you.
Why on earth are you looking for payment for an item that has already gone?
Be honest and tell the buyer that the item has gone and be prepared to get a negative feedback.

Who is conning who. The listing shows that it has been revised twice this month, with the last occasion being only 5 days ago,
yet apparently you have not had the item for some time ?????????????

You must enjoying paying fees when you keep listing an item for sake you donโt even have
And you have the hide t call the buyer a con?
Sellers like yourself give sellers in general a bad name
And it is all โho humโ to you
Might not be so amusing when one of the buyers reports you to eBay
Since it is deliberate and repeated behaviour, you might find yourself banned from selling at all
