unpaid item assistant - never worked?

HI,

this is not super important but I was scanning the boards adn I thought I'd ask.

A couple of years ago I activated unpaid item assistant to automatically open a case after 4 days.

I don't have many buyers not pay before that time - maybe 6 in 5 years, but not once has an unpaid item dispute been automatically openend, I've always had to do it manually.

I check my settings periodically, but as far as I can see there is nothing wrong in my settings.  I have no exemption list.

Has anybody else every experienced this? Any suggestions? ( other than ringing CS?)

Yesterday another poster here had the same.

Perhaps the auto feature is not working.

Report it to eBay in case everyone thinks someone has reported it.

It has never worked for me either and I've had the setting turned of for a few years.
