I have exhaused all available avnenues to complain to the company. Because I have clicked on these items to report them, they are now being advertised directly to me.
Im absolutely disgusted. Ebay is ione campaign away from being publically shamed over this

eBay do not sell anything
How do you mean they are being advertised to you?
Are you getting emails about them?
Or are they on the side of your page?
If you view random, other items, they will drop off from showing on the side of your page
Did you indeed finishing reporting the items?
Is the seller in Australia?
If so, have you contacted the police to seek advice?
What were you searching for when you found child porn?

Can you please post the item number of one of the listings you are complaining about.
If a number of members report the listings ebay may act more promptly than if they only receive a report from one person.

I have complained about numerous pornographic images and nothing is being done at all. I even complained to esafety commissioner and nothing. I’ll be going to police next but not sure what they’ll do if anything.

Two points to your statement,
Firstly. Members have to be 18 years old to join eBay.
Secondly. There are many different views on what constitutes pornography.
Oh, and the police won't do anything even if the seller is registered in Australia.
