I have noticed a worrying trend occuring recently, i just tried to buy a moonlight at its advertised price of $1, the seller cancelled the order within a few minutes, and listed the cancellation as buyer cancelled, which i did not, seems to me like the seller never had the item in the first place, have had a couple of instances like this. Please feel free to comment if you like
Sellers often use that excuse to avoid getting a defect for "out of stock". You could try using the "report item" in the listing to make Ebay aware of that.
