I notice on my Activity list that my transaction 34568680YE1641350 is not recorded on the list, could you give me a reason why.
The iten No is 264564179339 SONIQ Remote Control, ordered 15 March 2020 paid for using Pay Pal $21.95.

You are not contacting eBay here, just members like yourself.
Try scrolling down your purchase history and see if the item appears past that and has been cancelled by eBay for some reason.
Bear in mind your seller is Chinese registered (see feedback) so there could be problems within China.
