Are sellers allowed to change the price of an item ie: increase when you select buy it now?

Trying to buy some children's art frames and the price quoted is AU $4.95 but when you select the colour of the frame  price jumps to AU $ 35.99.  Is this allowed.?

Are you saying that it is a multi listing with a drop down menu to select an item and a colour, and different colours are different prices?

(Is the $4.95 price actually for a frame, or something else ?)

If so, yes, eBay allow it 

What is the seller's feedback like and where are they registered?

I am assuming for the frame as nothing else is stated. Seller feedback is 97% but not sure where they are registered.

Click on the sellers feedback # to see where they are registered. I bet it is China. Then look at the negative feedback... 97% seems poor.

Their feedback page tells you where they are registered. You are not allowed to name and shame on the forum, and I could not find any seller by that name when searched. 97% is horrid, I would have run a mile as soon as I saw that
