How does EbayAU allow sellers to list products with a title heading & not include the heading as part of the item description? If I list a CAR with all the features but don't mention 4 wheels in the description & the buyer receives the CAR with 3 wheels, is it not false advertising ? Does EbayAU policy need attention when anyone can list an item with a heading that includes certain features that are not mentioned in the description & EbayAU say's it does not breach policy for misleading sale or representation of item ?

Mutually exclusive examples.
You are complaining about advertising in the heading but not the description. Your 3 wheeled car doesn't qualify.
As for the complaint, ask eBay. Us other members, the ones who read and respond to board posts, have no power to change policies.
How do you expect eBay to 'know' said car has three wheels, not four?
Serious question
Did you check feedback first?
Did you open a not as described dispute?
Did you leave the seller neg feedback?
A real car you bought sight unseen????
Or a toy car?
What is the item number?

eBay don't monitor listings so if you've just seen an item like this, scroll past it.
But if you've purchased an item which you feel is misrepresented , misleading or not as described, use eBay's Money Back Guarantee to file an 'item not as described" claim
And PLEASE check a seller's feedback before buying as some of the sellers you've purchased from have appalling feedback. Stop supporting them.
