Brought items back in October, didn't received them.
Tried to work it out with the buyer, nothing has been resolved.
Now they are refusing to refund my money.
Will ebay help.

For eBay to help the final ETA must be within 30 days, otherwise you will need to use Paypal's "Resolution Centre" which will allow 180 days past the sale date.
