I have a issue with a seller not refunding my order that hasnt been
received. I ordered the item in October 2020. What can I do? Tried to
open a case on them but the item number can not be found now.
Brought items back in October, didn't received them. Tried to work it
out with the buyer, nothing has been resolved. Now they are refusing to
refund my money. Will ebay help. helena
