Hi, I made a fairly simple transaction, bought a game for $24.95 from a reputable seller. Two weeks go by, no game, no contact.
I finally contact him as the usual shipping time from his location is about 2 days, and he says he made a direct Paypal payment to me of $24 the day after I bought it. I tell him that Im .95 out of pocket and that he will have to pay ebay commission unless he requests to cancel, and It would have been nice to have some sort of notification on ebay.
Is this some sort of scam? I just cant see why he wouldnt do a refund through ebay.
