Cart has duplicated my order. How do I remove an item after committing to buy but before payment? The remove button, in cart, does not work, says I need to visit customer service?

It should be allowing you to remove the other item if you have not already commited to buy,
If it says you need to visit customer service, then that is what I would do
People here are fellow buyers and sellers like you, not eBay staff and not customer service
I would also let the seller know what has happened in the meantime
Someone else posted about a *similar* issue but they were'nt interested in reporting the error in their situation, so if this has happened again to someone else, it sounds like an actual proper problem that needs reporting

As far as I am aware, Live Chat is the only option currently available
