Bought a motor (new) from the description on their ebay site. Thought it was right so left feedback and when went to attach it to the pump was incorrect size. Advertized it was 20mmx50mm but it was 19mmx58mm. Having trouble with communication with the said company as they say they don't have a phone to call so keep getting messages. Have complied with what they were after re photos etc.

Leaving feedback does not prevent you from opening a dispute for Item Not As Described.
If the seller does not communicate satisfactorily you should open a dispute to get a refund.
