Hi guys !
I need little help from u guys, i just bought a laptop from US (im from AUS) last week, and delivered estimate day is between 7-9 Nov, but today is 10th and i havent seen anything yet. I contacted the seller and he said my laptop should be stuck in customs now. The question is, how long it takes to release my package, cause my laptop is over 1000 AUD. I appreciated for any answers to help me out !

The delivery date is an eBay estimate, and is most of the time totally out. From USA about 2 weeks is normal, unless it has been sent express, then it could come in a week.
If you look at the item in your My eBay Purchase History, there will be the tracking number under the item title. Copy and paste it into the US tracking: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input
If he did not provide tracking then I would open case with PP after about 3 weeks.
If the purchase was over $1000, do you realise that you will have to pay duty/tax on arrival?
It is also quite possible that it will be held up in customs.
