Hi, I had win an auction for a Macbook Pro with Ebay money guaranty back. I had payed money through paypal. I communicated with seller almost everyday. However, I asked him about tracking number - or recipe because he used Aus Post express service. He said there is no tracking number because of reasons and he put recipe somewhere can't find. According to Ebay Est delivery, it should be delivered on Monday 08/02/2016. On Wednesday, i requested to Ebay Resolution Center. Seller said he will full responsible for that. and we contact every to if i received it let him know and close the request. Yesterday, he asked me dispute resolution on Paypal. i have tried and Paypal said i already did it in ebay and in some case paypal will not help me to refund money ( I don't trust Paypal Protection because there are some nonsense policies to me). I also emailed him about that. and mention he can refund me now. otherwise I will have to ask help from Ebay. The request will be end at 14/02. Therefore i will ask help from you. was it correct things that i should do ? Will i get money back ? I am really worry and upset.
