Buyer is not responding to messages. The listing is confusing in the description it states the body of the camera only. then in the later description it states with lens and card. can I trust this seller they have no reviews and is not responding to questions.

If the seller is not answering before you buy, that’s not a seller to inspire confidence. I would be backing away.
