Discount Voucher

I received an email from E Bay offering a discount of $15.40 on EQUIPMED rollator walker using the Code PAPY 10.  At checkout it would not accept this code and I have been charged the full price.  Why didn't the code work.

You need to check the T&C's.

Expiry date and other conditions.

It is often a good idea to put an item in the cart and check to see if a code works before making a purchase.

Someone with more knowledge than I have should be along soon, but I think I recall that it will be refunded back to you by eBay ?

If it is an eBay promo, it is not fair for a seller to be out of pocket, so the full price is paid to the seller and eBay reimburses you later

Please correct me if I am wrong anyone.

For future reference Kat....when you enter a voucher number at checkout the total of the invoice is updated to show the total amount going to the seller, made up of an amount paid by the buyer and an amount paid by ebay (the voucher amount).The amount taken from the buyers funding source is the amount of the total invoice less the ebay funded amount.
