Are Ebay's discount vouchers Worth it? Just be aware of sellers hiking their prices to compensate for ebays lure of so called discount codes and such.

The seller does not pay for the discount  (as in the get the full amount, less fees of the price they sold for) so any seller hiking up their prices is doing so for other reasons
