Hey so I provided the seller my name, phone number, my email address and everything and then I even paid for the product but I haven't gotten the product. I even got an email stating from ebay stating it will arrive but there was nothing. attached is the invoice and confirmation from Ebay.

Ebay Motors on Facebook - asking for bank transfer ------  definitely a scam! 😞

I am not on Facebook, but I don't know how it is possible that this has been going on for so long (many other people have been scammed) without Facebook blocking such ads. People who use Facebook should also start reporting suspicious ads claiming to be from eBay...

Nothing to do with ebay

As mentioned, this is a very very common scam that has been around for many many years

Have a read at any of the hundreds of posts on the forum alone, as well as on Google in general

eBay will not do anything, it is no more from, through or with eBay any more than it is Kmart or Woolies

OP, sadly you have been scammed. No doubt the seller needed a quick sale because they are in the military and need to head overseas. They will get ebay motors to handle everything. You would have been told that you could test the car after delivery, and after you'd paid. If you didn't like it, you can return at the seller's expense, and you'll get a full refund.

Will you get a refund? Highly unlikely. However, you can try a money back guarantee dispute, but I don't think they cover cars. Certainly worth trying though.

Edit: If you paid via bank deposit, you have lost your money. I'm so sorry, but you have no chance of getting a refund. If they are in Australia and you paid a significant amount, you could try and claim through the courts, but that could get rather expensive. Always buy cars locally, so you can see if it's what you want.

I cannot read the attachment as its too small but there are many scams purporting to be eBay motors.

Firstly contact your seller and if they are not helpful then open an eBay case.

That message is not from eBay.

Where did you find this item & how did you pay?

I would suggest that you have fallen for a scam.
