FB follow-up

I need to leave follow up FB; I know how to do it, I write it, click on "leave follow up" button, get a message "you left follow up", but it is NOT there!.  It happened to me few weeks ago and after about 10th try it finally appeared. 

This time, I have been trying now for a week.  I bought 4 length of tassels; when the parcel arrived I just looked at one of the bundles, it was fine so I left ordinary FB, then I noticed that there was a note telling me the seller has given me extra 3m (worth $10+)!  So i want to leave FB follow up.  I did email her and thanked her, but I think she deserves better FB. 

Isn't there a way to report what sounds like a technical problem.
