HOW DO i LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST A SELLER

Hi.  An item I purchased (bait cast net) arrived in a timely manner, but it was not what I ordered and paid for....it was the wrong size.  Commications with the seller have been exhausting and frustrating.  I feel it could have been resolved within 2-3 email exchanges maximum, yet they either don't understand, or have been, as I feel, intentionally stalling!  After numerous emails, I finally got the details to return the item to them, which I did.  They also said they would pay for return postage - as they should!  I finally recieved the refund for the item itself into my bank account, then again multiple email exchanges trying to get my postage refund.  They did deposit postage refund, but into my PayPal account this time - which is no good to me as I don't often buy...and the Paypal site tells me I am unable to transfer this amount into my bank account for some reason.  It is the only bank account I have tyhese days.  Furthermore, I am STILL trying to get my FULL postage refund ...which these sellers don't seem able to understand!  It is only 28cents, but it is MY 28cents!  I am furious over the entire dealings with this seller.....this item was to be a birthday gift for my son for his 40th.  I am on a pension - nearly all of which goes on keeping a roof over my head.  While they kept stuffing me around, I explained multiple times that I needed to return and have refunded this item and postage ASAP so as to have time to buy something locally for my son for his birthday and have time to ship it to him.  Consequently, his birthday has been and gone and he has not yet recieved a gift from me!  I am sick and tired of dealing with this seller...emails have the name as 'Fitnesy'....I would appreciate your assistance in getting my full $18.30 refund into my BANK ACCOUNT.   Currently the amount of only $18.02 is sitting in the PayPal account...which as I said, is of no use to me!  Thankyou.

You are unlikely to receive the refund into your bank account.....I am very surprised that the first amount went there as payments funded by bank account are refunded to your paypal account and you have to transfer the funds yourself.

The only refunds that go back to the funding source are debit and credit card funded payments.

To be honest I would recommend that you forget about the 28cents....you have most of the refund and paypal no longer refunds all their fees.  If the seller is being unco-operative you are probably wasting your time.

Also, if the payment was in another currency, there may have been a change in the exchange rate if it was a long drawn out transaction.
