Hi I purchased a produce 'LIPOZEM' from ebay recently.

As no benefit has been noted in over 2 months of deligent Instruction following contact with the product website. I was made to believe the product purchased on the Ebay web site could be counterfeit or fake. My question is if there are Stringent Checks and Investigations placed on products sold at a price point on this platform the same as the original from the official website.

No, eBay do not vet listing at all

Nor do eBay sell anything

How do you imagine eBay is going to do 'Stringent Checks and Investigations' on millions and millions of items from millions of random sellers?

Have you reported the item to eBay, with your proof from the official website what you bought is fake?

What was the item number?

Where was the seller registered and what is their feedback like?

*Just to add, just because a fad 'weight loss product' does nothing does not mean it is any more 'fake' thatn having bought it anywhere else. So the website is not going to be upfront when someone complains about such a product 'not working'

All these products might all kinds of claims . Rarely are any of them true

Even more so when buying such a product from a random seller not authorised to be selling it in the first place

Unfortunately, this sort of product is best NOT purchased on eBay or even f
