As said, your order number cannot help. This isn’t eBay CS; it’s eBay community.

Post the item number here. It’s on both your order (in your My purchases list) and in the message (and email) you received upon placing your order. You can also find it on the actual listing. That should help us to give you appropriate advice.

(But don’t post the seller name.)

You have been answered to the best of other member's abilities in both your threads. Open and follow through with a dispute, within the time limit. Stop supporting dodgy sellers. If you want eBay to answer you, you need to contact eBay (but you have been given factual advice here and we cannot do any more if you have no interest in taking the advice you have been offered

What is the item number?

What was the estimated delivery date?

Have you communicated with the seller?

Did it say there would be tracking?

Is this from the BEYOND dodgy seller who last left you feedback?

If so, open and follow through with an item not received dispute as soon as it allows

And do not listen to whatever story the seller tells you

The seller has more than enough negs to warn you they are scammers

Try all these:

Go to your Purchase History Page:

1)  Check  the See Orders > drop down box option   is set to the correct timespan

2) Enter the order number into  the  Search Orders box

 Or  did you purchase as a guest

You can't. Common sense dictates that a tracking number is required to track a shipment.

Again, is it the last seller who left you feedback? What avenues have you tried? have you checked your purchase history? OR did you buy as a guest rather than on the account you are posting with here?
