How do I get a refund

On the 31st Dec 2020 my credit card was debited from ebay  for $86.61 and INt tr fee of $2.50 for

2 packs NIP Legends of the Wild West 50 shot rolls 2000caps 8 boxes 250 the order number is included above and the item ID

The same date i received an email from jex-sports.com to say they no longer will a carrier ship the goods overseas 

They say we don't have an ebay account

We didn"t get your money

Your may have to check who is the seller and contact him directly

Please can you help me to recover my money?

On thie help page Getting help with an item that hasn't arrived, click onto the blue button that says Report an item that hasn't arrived. Follow the prompts.

Do not close the refund request until the refund has been actioned.

If the seller doesn't respond within 3 days within that report, or resolve the issue within 3 days, you can ask eBay to step in (also known as Escalating a case).

I agree with the other member also do not forget that  your bank will cover your credit card for 6 months and you can lodge an internet dispute with them to retrieve your money if ebay cannot.

You should have paypal protection aswell.
